AgentBuggy Terms of Use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to AgentBuggy, including the iOS app, sync, public web pages, and agent command-line tools.
What AgentBuggy does
AgentBuggy is a shared workboard for humans and trusted AI agents. You can add bugs, features, fixes, and notes from your phone. Connected agents can claim tasks, leave updates, mark work ready for review, and complete work according to your workspace settings.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for the account, devices, agents, and setup commands you connect to AgentBuggy. Only connect agents and computers you trust.
You are responsible for keeping your device, email account, Apple ID, and agent environment secure. If you think someone has access they should not have, disconnect the agent or delete the synced workspace from Settings and contact support.
Subscriptions and free trial
AgentBuggy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Plans may include a 3-day free trial, then renew monthly or annually at the price shown before purchase.
The current planned prices are $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year in the United States, subject to App Store regional pricing, taxes, and changes shown before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal price are shown before purchase. At the end of the trial, Apple will charge the selected plan unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by Apple.
Your content
You keep ownership of the task content, notes, and project information you add to AgentBuggy. You give AgentBuggy permission to store, sync, process, and display that content so the product can work.
Do not add content you do not have the right to use, content that violates law, or secrets that should not be visible to connected agents.
Agent behavior
Connected agents act in the environment where you run them. AgentBuggy can record claims, activity, and status changes, but it does not guarantee that an agent will fix code correctly, follow every instruction, or avoid mistakes.
You are responsible for reviewing agent work, especially before shipping code, deleting data, changing billing, changing infrastructure, or performing security-sensitive work.
Acceptable use
- Do not use AgentBuggy to break the law, abuse services, or access systems without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt AgentBuggy, bypass limits, reverse engineer private service code, or abuse the sync service.
- Do not use AgentBuggy to store malware, stolen credentials, payment card data, or highly sensitive personal information unless you have separately confirmed the product is appropriate for that use.
Third-party services
AgentBuggy may integrate with services such as Apple, GitHub, Cloudflare, and AI agent tools. Those services are controlled by their own terms and policies. AgentBuggy is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Availability and changes
AgentBuggy may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We try to keep synced workspaces available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
No professional advice
AgentBuggy helps organize software work. It does not provide legal, financial, security, medical, or other professional advice.
Warranty and liability
AgentBuggy is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AgentBuggy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
