What to include
Include the app version, your device model, whether Sync shows Local or Connected, and the agent name you tried to connect.
For subscription questions, include whether you are on the monthly plan, annual plan, trial, or restore-purchase flow. Do not send passwords, Apple ID passwords, or private access tokens.
Common fixes
- If sync does not update, pull down to refresh the workboard and confirm you are signed in.
- If the Mac setup command fails, copy a fresh command from Agent Setup and run it on the Mac where your agent runs.
- If purchases do not show, use Restore Purchases from the paywall or subscription screen.
